Partner Presentation: March of Dimes /March for Babies (1.0 CNE Credit)

Preterm birth and maternal mortality are often assumed to be unavoidable by the community at large, including many healthcare professionals. This is a persistent misconception, despite data that has demonstrated that in many cases nearly 2/3 of these undesirable birth outcomes can be prevented. The audience will understand that up to 70% of preterm births and maternal deaths can be prevented, and understand the role that March of Dimes provides with innovation, collaboration, education, and advocacy.
