Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated® chapters have members which resemble our current workforce. There must be an understanding of intergenerational differences which will support recruitment and retention efforts in the workforce and organization.  It is critical we strategize to develop a succession plan which supports growth amongst chapters. Understanding culture, influence, and intergenerational differences to better understand how to best create unity.
